refund policy

There are NO REFUND POLICIES  after 10 days according to the instructions. Custom made garments and accessories designed are non-returnable/non-exchangeable. Personalized items are specially made for you and cannot be returned / exchanged / cancelled. We will give you on a few conditions that you must be considered before purchasing from www.tn3s.com. If you want to exchange any product you must follow the instruction.

 

  1. LIMITED TIME PERIOD
  • We request within 10 days cooling-off period, we process the due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 10 days of the day you make a request for exchange/refund.
  • In this case, we will make a refund of your services. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item for exchange to us.
  • For any other reason (for instance, because you consider that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned services and will notify you via email within a reasonable period of time.
  • We will usually refund process due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 10 days of the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to an exchange with other product.

 

  • REFUND CONDITIONS:

  1. If customized products have been incorrectly/improperly personalized, our Customer Support Team must be notified within 10 days of receipt of your products or the accessories so that appropriate adjustments or corrective action can be taken.
  2. Payment of products will be released to seller when return period elapses.

  7. Perfumed, dry-cleaned, Worn, or altered garments are not returnable. Therefore, it is especially important that products or accessories are inspected upon receipt.

  13. The costs for your return shipment are for your own account or referred website.
  14. You can exchange a product from our web shop for a different size or color, provided the total amount is the same.

 

  • Order cancellations:

If you do not take delivery of the Products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the Products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the Products in accordance with our refunds policy. You must inform us in writing. If you have ordered a wrong item or you wish to cancel or change your order, please inform within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation or Change requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

 

  1. You must inform us in writing and submit your request for an authorization number through our contact us page.
  2. You must also return the Products to us WITHIN the 10-day window as soon as reasonably practicable, and at your own cost.
  3. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
  4. If you qualify for a return or exchange, please write to us for a return authorization. Write to contact@tn3s.com.
  5. If personalized products have been incorrectly/improperly personalized, our Customer Support Team must be notified within 10 days of receipt of your products or accessories so that appropriate adjustments or corrective action can be taken.
  6. The product or accessories returned will be credited to the original payment method and the new product(s) will be charged to the same payment method. Shipping charges for the returned item are not refundable.
